Own Stock with CCL How do I get credit?

Hi
Will be leaving on the Amsterdam at the end of October.
I own over 100 shares of CCL and was told I could get a $100.00 ship board credit.
So, how would I go about doing this?

I stand corrected, but I believe you need to provide your travel agent with the information at the time of your booking so that it can be made a part of your record with HAL. That's the way I do it.

You may also be able to provide the information after your booking is made.

I'm sure you will get some more comprehensive answers here shortly.

All you need to do is fax a letter to 206-298-3059 showing recent proof of owning 100 shares of CCL stock. Either a recent statement from broker or a print out from your account online In the letter be sure to include your HAL booking number, date of sailing and I also include our cabin number. Hope this helps.:)

While some TA's will do this for you as a courtesy, I do it myself. Because they need a recent statement of you owning CCL stock I do not think it is wise to have others see what I have invested since it also shows on my broker statement. I trust HAL with this information. I have never had a problem doing it myself.

If you don't want to/don't have access to a fax machine you can also snail mail the information to the HAL Elliott Ave address attn: Reservation Administration.

I just sent mine in for my 10/7/06 cruise (documents are in hand), and included my 7/24/07 cruise info for that credit at the same time.

Likewise, Ruth. Just snail-mailed stock verification for 10/7/06 Voyage of the Spammed and also for cruises on 3/2/07 and 3/22/07.

Our TA keeps a copy of the fact that we do have Carnival stock. She takes care of everything for us - notifying HAL, etc.
