FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WERE RECENTLY ON THE GLORY CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT TIME DID YOU HAVE YOUR DINNER AND IN WHAT DINING ROOM YOU ATE?? JUST FOUND OUT IT IS BY TIME AND DINING ROOMS NOT WHERE YOUR CABIN IS SO I AM TRYING TO SEE WHERE ALL THE 5:45 PPL ATE AND 6:15 PPL ATE ONBOARD..THAT WAY I KNOW WHAT TIME TO ASK FOR OR AT LEAST PUT IN FOR..NO GUARANTEES..BUT DOESN'T HURT TO TRY..THANKS FOR ANY HELP ON THIS FOLKS..ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED, TY

On our recent cruise on the Glory (the week of 3/27), the Platnium Dining Room had the "early sittings" - 5:45 and 8:00. The Golden Diningroom had the "late" ones.

Platinum 5:45 & 8 p.m.--Golden 6:15 & 8:30( our seating!) There is absolutlety no difference in the 2. Menu and everything is exactly the same. We had a great waiter, Fritz, who really made each night special. Enjoy!

Just sailed the Glory on 4/17.
We ate in the Platinum DR at 5:45.
The Platinum is located in the aft part of the ship, although our room was near the bow.
Makes for a long walk to dinner, but no big deal for us.

just returned from the glory also, had the 6:15 in the golden dining room. prime rib excellent!! chateubreand (sp) wonderful, tiger prawns, also good. tiramisu wonderful also! baked alaska was ice cream with cool whip, not baked with merange (sp) dutch apple pie good. lobster always good. had open seating for lunch, in the platinum room. whew! this room rocked and rolled and viberated, thankful we did not have dinner here.
