I have a small amount of left over foreign currency bills and coins from past travels. Can I exchange it in the casino?
English pounds
Euros
Mexican pesos

you dont say what ship or where its cruising but i dont think you can do that on a hal ship sailing out of a usa port -- dont know about europe though

I've never seen the casino take anything except US currency.

I don't think that coins are usually exchangeable most places. I would be very surprised if they were willing to exchange your money. Can't you go to a local bank? The exchange rate will be awful but at least you could get something back.
I have never seen anything but U.S. dollars used in the casino......that and HAL tokens for the slot machines.

As others have said - only US money in the casino.
Most banks won't take foreign coins in exchange for US money.

Back from the Baltic in July. There was an exchange office next to the information desk in the lobby where you could exhange currencies. I'm sure it was just for those ports on the cruise but you might find something similar to help you with some of your money.

If your next cruise is in the Caribbean there won't be any kind of an exhange table or anything at the front desk.
