Laundry Prices

Does anyone have the prices for laundry service on any of the Carnival ships? I assume that the prices won't be too different from ship to ship (am sailing on Triumph this June).

Also, any info on best time to use them, where they are typically located, etc. I haven't sailed on Carnival in years and will be sailing on the Destiny so any infor is much appreciated. Sorry, Mecagirl for adding my questions to your post.

I was, however, looking for the prices for the laundry service (where they take your clothes and return them washed and pressed). I'm not so interested in doing my own laundry while on vacation. I plan on packing enough to not have to do laundry, but I do know that I'll need a couple items pressed once we get on the ship.

Oops, I guess I misunderstood. My last 2 cruises were with NCL and they didn't have any self-laundry services available so I was curious about it. I'm pretty much in agreement with you about not working on a vacation. I'd have to have quite the clothes emergency to spend time in a laundry room! Anyway, thanks for sharing your post with me.

just off the glory sat. i was on the main deck, washer/dryer $2 each. i threw mine in about 11:30 pm before the midnight show, ran down after 1/2 hour and threw things in dryer and returned to show. sea days r the worst for laundry. $1.00 a box for tide. late night seems best for me. iron/board in here too. every deck has laundry room. handy. not paying $7 to launder a blouse.

Plus.... in the middle of the week, there is a special.. they give you a plastic bag .. all you can fit in the bag is $12.00 to wash and fold.
The bag is rather small.. but not a bad deal if you don't want to do it yourself!
