View Full Version : NCL Passing the Buck on Art Purchased on Dawn

After sailing with NCL five times as latitude members, we are shocked and dismayed by the way they have mishandled the paid artworks we never did receive. We purchased at the Auction in June of this year and again at the Auction in August. Now we learned they no longer are dealing with this vender and show no responsibility for the money we paid NCL on our onboard account and even worse showing a total lack of interest in our getting the art or refunding the money NCL was paid. We are told to deal with our private credit card holder. We have had several members of our family cruise the line more than one time, twice with each to be exact. We were contemplating the cruise on the Dawn in January with four others, but that is no longer desirable after such total disregard for loyal cruise patrons. There was so much art sold on both these trips, it's impossible to believe we were all ignored by such a huge business in the travel industry. I cannot see anyone not being outraged and not taking various actions to right a terrible wrong. NCL has hit a new low.
