W. Carrib. Excursion w/a 5 Year Old??

I'm looking for the best excursion ideas for taking a 5 1/2 year old on the Victory to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios. He's pretty athletic for his age and can swim. Thanks. tktybo@aol.com

Also, Chakanaab Park in Cozumel has something for everyone... small lagoon for kids, snorkeling, food, drinks, showers, etc.

Soto Cruises for the stingrays in GC, Peat Taylor for the island tour and falls in Ocho and a nice beach in Cozumel.

We just got back from Triumph...Our kids aged 12, 8 and 4 all had a blast (as did Mom and Dad!).

In Cozemel we took a cab to Playa del Sol. Full day on the beach with rafts, sailing, snorkeling etc $10/person, under 4 free.

In Grand Cayman, we booked with Capt Bryan. Snorkeling on reef and Stingray City. $34/adult, $25 for younger kids. Wonderful.

In Ochos Rios we took Tour "A" Dunns River was included and my two younger kids loved it.

[Disneycruiser#1]

I took my then 2.5 and 5 year old on the Disney Magic over Halloween. I have done it 2 ways with them and it all boils down to what you want to do.

Grand Cayman-Nativeway Watersport Sting Ray swim. No charge for "Ithink" under 6 and my toddler was free. Also they do not charge for riders but just let them know in the event someone is going and you know they will probably not want to or get in the water. Great service and price $25 pp.

Grand Cayman 2nd visit: Took a taxi to 7 Mile Beach across from the Holiday Inn, rented a couple beach chairs, place to get snack or cold drink, restrooms and water sprort rentals if desired and wonderful beach and sand.

Cozumel: Eagle ray Divers takes you to several places to snorkel, great service, great price. We have used them half a dozen times.

Cozumel (2nd with the kids): Took a taxi to Chakanab National Park, adults $10 pp and under 5 free. Beautiful beaches, childrens lagoon, great snorkeling. Very fun and inexpensive day.
