Cab from Port to Airport - Istanbul

We have a 9 AM flight from Istanbul, and wonder if cabs are available at the port as early as 6 AM; or would arrangements have to be made the day before?

On our cruise, I know quite a few people were heading back home that last day and had early flights and there were plenty of cabs out when we got off the ship, but we didn't leave until 8:00 am. You could probably arrange with the concierge on board and make sure a cab is waiting for you for whatever time you want it.
