Does everyone get DOCS mailed to them? We were told by our online TA that we would get our DOCS at the pier since we paid such a discounted
( TA type) price for our cruise.

In all honesty I have never heard of such a thing. When is your cruise? It is possible it is very close like with in the next week? Maybe there is not enough time to get them to you?:confused: I would think that at least HAL has faxed something to your TA and they could at least give you the faxed copies.

As long as you have your booking number, you should be okay. Go online and complete your immigration form and print out your express boarding pass.

I haven't heard of pier pickup either just because of paying a low rate.

We have gotten e-mailed copies of Contract and our booking number works for Excursions. Cruise is 9/24 Westerdam 21 day Trans-canal.

Thanks for the reply. Everything seems ok. This is our first cruise and we were just excited and looking forward the the DOCS thing.
