Can you pay money on the sail and sign before leaving? Or do you have to wait in line onboard if you want to apply cash towards it. That was a small annoyance to me last time. I know I could use credit card, but I need to keep use cash so I can afford a cruise again next year ;-)

I've been looking at this question all day trying to remember what its called and I just can't put my finger on it...Carnival Cash, FunDollars, Barnacle Bucks, I can't remember what it's called but I know you can do this.
It will come to me or I will find it and report back if nobody chimes in and answers this, I just couldn't sleep trying to think of the answer and I didn't want to leave you totally hanging.
