I found a great rate at cruises at cost and I was just wondering if anyone had any feedback about them, as I am afraid to book with them until my cruise critic friends tell me it is OK. Thanks

That one is new to me as well. The only thing I suggest is that you make sure that a TA can be reached by phone as well as email.
