Cruise Docs Disappeared In Thin Air

I've been (im)patiently waiting for our 9/30 Zaandam 3-day docs so called HAL yesterday to find out where they were. The cust serv rep first said they aren't mailed out until about 4 weeks prior to sailing. When she realized we were at that point, she decided to check and learned they were mailed on Aug 3. Then she checked further and found there was no tracking number associated with the docs and no record of them other than info they had been sent.

So, I'm (im)patiently waiting once again for the second set they said they'd send today.

It always feels god to get the docs in our hands and play with them. Why do most of us do this?

Don't sweat it. If they don't arrive, HAL will still take you . Just have your booking number and IDs.

biggest drawback to not having dox in advance is the luggage tags...however,
since the porters have plenty, that's not a big deal, either.

My my docs for 10/21 and already all dog earred. Now the booked guests site is down and can't book shore excursions. I hope there is still some ink on the pages.

Though I know we don't need the docs in hand to board, it feels like going on a cruise is real once I get them in hand. I was hoping we'd maybe see them today but that wasn't to be.

I keep them on our counter so that each time I pass by, I'm reminded a cruise is just around the corner.

Remember that this is a holiday weekend - nothing will be mailed until probably Tuesday.
