We are new to HAL - always cruised Carnival. I have a question about one of our favorite subjects ----- Food! On Carnival you can always order steak or chicken even if it is not on the menu. Do they do this on HAL?

Yes, they do. Salmon steak too.

Ditto Darrell. The only time there isn't a 'steak always available' written on the bottom of the dinner menu is when a steak is offered as one of the entrees that evening. Then they have another substitution.

I had salmon a number of times recently on Maasdam. There was plenty to choose from as entrees, but I really like salmon so was happy I could have it as much as I wished.

Also on the "always available" list is Caesars salad and baked potato.....jean:cool:
