Julio's El Cheapo Transporation

Has anyone heard of Julio's El Cheapo Transportation Service? My brother in law says he has arranged for them to pick us up on Sat. A.M. in Pembroke Pines where we are all (8) of us staying, pre cruise at his home, to take us to the Miami Port. Is he serious or pulling my leg??
