Can anyone advise if the Golden Fleece has steak on its' menu? I know that David's Supperclub has an extensive one.
Thanks,

The surf and turf was perfection. lobster tail and a petite filet. We also loved the lobster bisque.

The supper club menu is the same on all Carnival ships therefore you wil have the same selection in the Gloden Fleece as in David's.

There are at least two steaks on the menu. We were on the 9/18/03 sailing, and my buddy and I had the 24 oz porterhouse and my wife and his had the smaller steak. The club bills itself as the equivalent of a NY Steak house, and I've eaten in the best of those. My criteria is that you have to be able to cut the steak with a fork. The porterhouse served to me was approximately 1 1/2 inches thick, and I picked up my fork and cut right through it. The whole dinner was thoroughly enjoyable, took from 7:40pm until just after 11:00, with excellent service, and ambiance. While we didn't wear our tuxedoes, we did treat it as an additional "formal" night and wore suits.
We just had friends come off the April 23rd sailing and they went to the club by themselves. Dinner took 2 1/2 hours, and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
It is definitely worth the price, and next time I would go more than once.
Enjoy!
