Anyone who recently sailed the Magic---is there wireless internet? DH called Disney Cruise Lines and they said "no". But when I went to www.castawayclub.com (http://www.castawayclub.com) there is a section for Wireless Internet but it doesn't say Disney anywhere on it.

Just got off the Magic on Saturday and Yes, there is Wireless internet available in quite a few places on the ship (just not in your cabin). I had a great signal on deck 10 and saw many people using the internet on their laptops near the computer area.

We were on the August double dip and had a wireless package. It was OK. Had a lot of problems initially getting logged on and very few staff at Guest Services seemed to know details to help. (In my opinion, they ought to ensure the Cove Cafe staff and others who work in the areas where they tout wireless availability ought to know some of the simple details!)
Anyhow, the signal was consistent, but we had a lot of problems when we were using the VPN to our company intranet. It dropped constantly while we were sync-ing up Outlook, so for our purposes, we could have just as easily and more cheaply used Outlook web from the wired internet cafe.
Unless wireless is available in the staterooms next time, we'll just stick to the unlimited package using DCL computers.
