Just returned from the Triumph Eastern Caribbean. We had a wonderful cruise but are now suffering the post cruise withdrawal. Guess we will have to book another real soon. For all of those going on the Triumph, you need to find one of the best bartenders Carnival has. His name is Omar Vargas! He is top notch and even does a few magic tricks! Omar is from Chile and is very friendly. I just heard recently that he is on the Triumph so if you want a great drink with a great bartender, find Omar.

If you do find him, tell him HI from Scott & Susan in South Carolina. We kept in touch with him but lost contact until recently.

Hello everyone!!

I just returned from the Triumph and had a blast!! We met some of the best people in the world on this cruise. To those of you looking for info on San Juan, only one thing comes to mind---- stay onboard! The ship gets there way to late in the afternoon to do anything and the area isn't the best. It smells and is dirty. If you do get off be carefull. If you stay onboard you have the ship to yourself. Use the hot tubs and drink at the bars, it's great fun.

If anyone needs any info, send me an email and I'll help if i can. Also, if someone could stop by the pool bar on the smoking side,(you would think after a week I would know port from starboard) say hello to the 2 nice young ladys tending bar. Their names are Alexandra, and Minda. Please tell them that Mr. Michael says hello and to always smile. Order a cold Fosters and a bucket of ice, and start the day.
