:D HEY ALL! THE "NEXT CRUISE" IS THE BEST CRUISE....Very Good Question Here.....Hummmmm.
 I would not think "passenger," as that might include the "sheep." (For those who might not want to be where ever they are travelling; I.E. <Work, Train, Car, Airplanes, Bus, etc.>)!
 Perhaps: "Adventurer," "Cruise-a-holic" (for those who go more than once, and don't want a cure), "Seeker of Curiosities," "Independent Connoisseurs," and "Controllers of Destiny," (for those who know what they like, and want to be a positive force in how they recieve "it").
*-Maybe a "Cruiser," defines someone who is the "Congress of Their Own Travels," but willing to share and join others in achieving the best environment for their travels. (Oh well....I tried).

To contribute to my own question, perhaps "Cruise Enthusiast" or "CE"?

Being easy going, calm and unpretentious, I no longer demand to be called your majesty or your excellency or even your honor.
If the seas are calm, the food outstanding, and the service remarkable, I'll respond to anything including Hey You, Buddy, or Mister.
