I just went out to add some info to my fun pass, and the room that is shown on the right side of the page is not the room I have booked. It is a better room, so I can only have my hopes high that the agency did what it was supposed to do, but failed to notify me? Any ideas?

I'd try to 'send' yourself a bon voyage gift. after selecting an item, like the cabin decorations, put in your booking # and cabin #, if it accepts it, that's your cabin. Filled out the form and don't see a room number anywhere. Printed up the blue fun pass and again no room number.

I FINALLY got a response from my online TA and they did indeed book a guaranteed balcony - unobstructed. I think I might send myself a present and see. I like the way you think, crisp 1.

I still don't see a room number anywhere.
We got the last 4A gty at a certain price and the computer assigned us a room. Our TA said she'd work on it as we didn't like the location. When I "try" to buy a bon voyage gift it shows me and DH in the computer assigned room.
Guess that means no upgrade...was hoping though!
