Hi Marina,
I used them a couple weeks ago. Somebody screwed up pretty bad, they are blaming Carnival. I don't buy it. I was overcharged about $250. After about two weeks of me fighting with them the agency is issueing me a check. I think they made a mistake...but at least they are trying to fix it. Hope this helps.
