Sensation cabin under galley

Booked an outside stateroom on Empress Deck. The deck above are the dining rooms and galley. Will noise from the galley affect the cabins below?

We had a cabin on the Imagination (identical ship) under the galley and didn't hear anything! I think the cabins on the inside are more likely to have the noise. I was also concerned about this and actually never thought about it after we boarded. We could hear more from the people next door than the galley!

I posted a question similiar to this one. We were offered an upgrade to the Empress Deck but were advised to decline and stay on the Upper deck because the galley and dining rooms were right above the Empress Deck. The subject title of my message is "I think I blew it" it was posted last week. You can do a search and see the responses I recieved. Hope this helps.
