If I order a gift from Carnival will there be a card with it in the cabin so they will know who sent it?

2 years ago I ordered the Happy Birthday Cabin Decoration and Cake for my wifes birthday. It was tough keeping it a surprize all those months. The biggest surprize was that we never got it. The moment of opening the cabin door was nothing but disappointment. When I informed Carnival about it when we got home all they said was "Sorry". $32.00 for nothing.
We'll be sailing on the Triumph this year again on her Birthday but I won't make that mistake again.

I just ordered Bon Voyage decorations for our three cabins on the Triumph on 7/17 and hope it works. It would be a shame to have the anticipation buildup just for it to not happen.

We book a balcony cabin for us and an inside for the kids. They get the cabin decoration, we steal their cake and everybody is happy.

I would be SO disappointed if it was not there!

My husband ordered cabin decorations for our honeymoon cruise. The decorations were only half put up. The card he customized was not in the room, but was promptly delivered three days into our four-day cruise. The card that was in the room when we arrived was his payment stub (doesn't quite tug on your heart the same way a good "I love you" does). The cake was super warm and rather stale. I wouldn't spend the money on those decorations again, but that was RCL, not CCL. Hopefully CCL does a better job!
