RCCL ?

I'm sorry to post this question here but I know someone here will know.

I booked with RCCL directly casue the price was going up on the on line sites by the time I got approval to have time off took 2 days after I got quotes. After I booked like 30 minutes a TA from Cruisebrothers called and had a price of $165.00 less. He told me to call and ask to "turn over" my booking. I called and left a message with the agent at RCCL I booked with.

Today she called me at work, first message she would turn my booking over, second message she can't do that cause I made final payment of course I did cruise is 2 1/2 weeks away!

What should I do???????? I haven't called her back yet. I posted this here cause I wasn't sure how price drops would go over on the RCCL board and I know we talked about them all the time here.

I really wouldn't sweat it if it is only 165 total,If it is 165 pp for multiple people that is a different story.Call RCI back,and ask to speak to a supervisor,to make sure you are getting correct info.I never book directly through any cruise line,as they are ALMOST always more expensive.(online may show up more at first,but are more than likely to go down as you see).For instance,I was looking at the Rhapsody,and we always use priceline,for 4 months the price of a starting inside was 579.I finally booked an inside at 392,and have already upgraded to a Oceanview.I have no idea what the lines policey is,but I would get a firm answer,then not sweat it if it dont happen.

Rccl called me back and she said after talking to her supervisor she switched my booking. If I didn't read cc I would not have known better and would have paid the higher price.
