Car rental pickup in Tampa?

Does anyone know if any car rental agency would have car rental pickup at the Tampa pier or if a car rental agency would pickup at the pier & bring you to a car rental location?
I am interested in a day excursion after our cruise. Thanks

Hertz will do it, their airport location will pick up and or drop people off at the pier. Good rates if you use discounts codes. Found some on smarter living dot com.
