I just received today not my documents but my Holland America Cook Book and wow it is amazing. Do they really serve everything that they show in the book because if they do I am not leaving they will have to drag me kicking and screaming if they do. I really am enjoying go over it because most cook books have just a receipe and a random amunt of photos not with Holland America they have a photo for every recipe shown.

A couple of the dishes listed above I have never seen on any of our cruises - and we do cruise a lot.
