okay, so my first cruise was sort of a last minute thing.
i had a major operation on July 23rd and we cruised Sept. 6th! I was in a backbrace but I still tried to do some fun activities and what-not. There werent many teens on because it was the first week of school and all. I think this cruise I am going on is going to be like my 1st cruise basically.
Also, my 1st cruise we went during hurricane season so our ship got diverted to Canada, Nova Scotia, and Maine ... totally opposite of Bermuda!!! I still had a blast and I made the best of it...but I CANT WAIT till this next cruise on June 24th on the Legend!
So, what should I expect?

My first cruise was on the Celebrity cruise lines. It was very easy for teens to acess alcohol on that cruise. My brother (16 at the time) drank and so did my cousin (17 at the time). Who bought them the drinks? Well, my mom bought my brother a few...I didnt agree with her at all, but under the circumstances of why we were on the cruise I guess it was "okay" for her to do, even though i don't condone it. I got into captians night without them carding me, or my brother, or my cousin. My brother and cousin both drank a lot. I was offered many drinks but declined them. I also got into the adult club VERY easily..the bartenders offered me a free smirnoff ice to dance with them...of course I said no.
I had a backbrace on, did they REALLY think I'd be able to dance? I mean, I did dance a little bit but my back ached the next day. I just wasnt satisfied with the way they ran things with watching teens and such. I was also able to walk right into the casino...I even gambled about 2 or so dollars. I just didnt understand how it was so easy for teens to acess this things. I heard that Carnival hands teen drinking and gambeling a different way, I hope this is true.
