Just wanted to take a moment and say "Thanks" to all the veteran HAL cruisers for their tips on the Volendam. I cannot say enough good things about the itinerary, how wonderful everyone on the ship is and how beautiful and well laid out the ship itself is. FYI - for those interested, Regina is every bit as nice and efficient as others have said - what a jewel. But ALL the service people we have come into contact with have gone above and beyond to make our week on the Volendam special. Thanks again for helping me make such a good choice!
