Verizon Wireless Access Card

Will I be able to use this card for internet access on a Mexican Riviera cruise? I plan on taking this card to access the internet on my notebook but it's only good if it can receive a verizon signal (just like a cell phone). don't care to pay the fee for shipboard internet access.

While on port, maybe. Out at sea, you will not have get a signal.
