As far as religious services go, DCL provides the absolute rock-bottom bare minimum: nondenominational services only, held on just a handful of major religious holidays. At these services, they don't guarantee a real officiant (e.g. priest/minister/rabbi); services are often led by an unordained crew member. Also, neither the Magic or Wonder has a chapel, so "services" are held in theatres or empty lounges, almost always without live musical accompaniment.
Bottom line: Disney usually exceeds expectations, but when it comes to religious worship, they're way behind the industry norm.:(
