i know it's early to ask, but can anyone tell me how the roads are getting into NOLA for those of us who are driving. we will be coming in I55S to I10E to Business90. are these roads fully open for 4-lane travel or were they affected by katrina?

All those roads are open. There is construction in I-10 around Causeway, but once you get past that you should have clear sailing.
