Depending on if it is a sea or port day breakfast starts at 6:30 or 7:00 am
Lunch 11:30 or 12:00 . There is food available there almost all day due to the Terrace Grill being right in the same area on the Lido.

The Lido will be serving lunch when you board. There is almost always food of some kind or another being served at the Lido buffet.
After the day you board check your daily program (delivered to your cabin) for meal times. They vary from day to day, usually based on arrival/departure at ports of call.

The one sure thing about a HAL ship, you're never gonna starve. The Lido is open ... at least serving something ... pretty much from 6:30 a.m. until about 1:00 a.m. Even if a regular meal is not being prepared (such as off-hours), there will always be some snacks available in the dessert section.
They also have a "midnight buffet" in the Lido each night. It runs from like 11:00 p.m. to Midnight and each night will have a different theme. TexMex, French, etc.
Coffee and tea (hot chocolate too) is available 24 x 7 in the Lido.
Room service has a limited menu 24 hours a day, more expansive during certain hours ... like breakfast or dinner times.
That's one good thing about a cruise. Food is never more than an arm's reach away. :)
Blue skies ...
