Taking care of sail and sign with Check??

Does anyone know if you can give them a check instead of a credit card at the beginning of the cruise?

Or can you give them a credit card but then at the end pay with a check?

Not sure about personal checks, but we always put cash/ travelers checks down at the pursers desk when we get there. They will most definitely let you know when you get within 100- or so of using your money up.

I think they DO NOT accept checks as payment on board. They WILL, however, cash a check as long as you have an AMEX card (for a small fee).

Best to put cash down at the beginning or use a cc and pay cash at the end.
