Can you tell me where it's located? I've seen several pictures posted from people who have been there, but can't find any info on it.

Thanks Spike.

Is the Puerta Maya pier the main pier in Cozumel? (forgive me. It's been several years since I've been to Coz)

It's a bar/restaurant located somewhere near the pier. I found some GREAT pictures on webshots.com of some people having margaritas, and their ship is in the background. I'd like to stop there to do the same:-)

Island Annie - All I know is it is across from Fat Tuesdays once you get off the pier. I am not sure which pier it is in reference to downtown.

It's definitely Puerta Maya. Saw Crazy Pelican on our cruise on Celebration in April. It's right in front of you pretty much as you exit the duty free shops. Went to Fat Tuesday, so I can't say how the place is.

I wouldn't call it the main pier. It's a fair ways out of town, about a ten minute drive, they call it a $6 cab ride. We passed other ships and piers on our way into town.

http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Island Annie....Be sure and check out the Port of Call/ Cozumel boards. I'm sure that you'll find some extra information about the Crazy Pelican.

We were there in December. Definitely the worst part of our day in Cozumel. Bugs in the margaritas, poor service, waaay overpriced compared to other places. Only stopped there because we had a bit more time before going back on the Elation. Wouldn't do it again.

It is right at the pier when you get off the ship. You can not miss it. But there are two piers there, this is the one with more shops ..
