Casino on Legend

Can anyone tell me about the gambling on this ship. Are there $5.00 blackjack tables and tournaments. We were just on the one nighter Mothers Day cruise on the NCL Dawn and the lowest minimum table was $25. I'm hoping this is because it was a cruise to nowhere in NYC. Our Bermuda cruise two years ago had $5.00 tables.

We were on the Legend last October going to Bermuda. The casino is wonderful. It is very large with it's own bar/lounge and it also had entertainment. There were $5 BlackJack tables and the BJ Tournament (which I participated in) and the Slots Tournament. It's a great ship.

I was on the legend in February...Yes, there are 5$ tables, but it can be tough to get a chair once it gets busy. They also have a nifty little 3-card game (i forget the name) that was paying out very well. Pay outs were VERY tight all week long,i was behind on every table except for blackjack. I won the blackjack tournament on ship for 500.00!!! One fella at carribean stud hit the payout for a straight flush for over 2,000! And an elderly woman hit the progressive slot for over 20,000!!! So, while there were some big hits, for most people it was a struggle. Have fun! Beautiful ship!

They have a nice casino there, quite a variety of games. 2 or 3 different types of BJ, 3 card poker, Let it Ride, Caribbean Stud, Craps, and roulette. They were all $5 tables and one $10 BJ table as well. The BJ tournament was $20 to enter $500 to win. Good luck and have fun, John

During the day the casino was cheaper then night time. I was able to play roulette at $1 minimum...do they still have day time rates?
