Medical Facilities on the Regatta

Has anyone first hand knowledge about the Medical Facilities on the Regatta?
Is there a physician and nurses? Do they have equipment and drugs to handle things like cardiac emergencies such as a heart attack? Sorry to raise an unpleasant issue, but for older people it is a concern as to whether they can be helped if necessary, and there is no information available on Oceania's website.

Fear not, there is a fully staffed 24 hour medical center (doctors, nurses, pharmacy) they have all the X-Ray, defibrolators etc. It's actually quite an extensive facility on deck 4.
Mother had an unfortunate run in with an elevator railing, and they had her patched up and back to her old self in no time!:D
It wasn't inexpensive, however, and charges are added to your onboard tab. Any dealings between the patient and their insurance company is handled privately.
