pools on the glory PLEASE

Hi all,

I'm just trying to figure out if the pools are deep on the glory. I was on Paradise last year and the pools were not very deep, maybe like 4ft or so. I was just wondering if the pools are a little deeper on the Glory.

ps. If anyone has any info on the 8a cat balcony as well I would appreciate it. Like can you see over the rails if you sitting? is there even room for 2 chairs? and most inportant... can anyone else see you on your balcony?

The pools on lido deck were about 4 ft deep-they are not for swimming laps- more like stand around and cool off. The one pool has a slosh deck around it, so you can sit in very shallow water. Someone let the kids out on our cruise (April 17) and they took over the pools. Some pools should have been designated "Adults only" so you didn't have the splashing , etc. Also, kids took over the hot tubs. Where are all these kids parents? Hint: some people like to enjoy the pool without having to share with tons of little kids! (Yes, I do have kids, but they stayed home)

You will have two chairs on your balcony along with a small parsons table. You can see out your balcony when you are sitting as the balcony is plexiglass. Is it private?? depends on where your cabin is. THe people that will have the cabin next to you can peek around the divider.

I will be sailing on the Glory on May 22, so if you like I will be glad to take pictures of the cabin (I am also in cat. 8A) and the balcony and email them to you. We will be in cabin #6284.
When on the pride 2 years ago, you could see shadows on the balcony beside us, plus if you wanted you could lean over the rail with not much effort and see the balcony beside you.
