Hello all, we are new to the board, and we are experienced Ocean cruisers, however, we are toying with the idea of a river cruise. We are currently looking at Peter Deilmann for next year. Any advice or information you could give us would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation:)

We went on the Deilmann Mozart last year and had a great time, the service and food was everything I expected and the Danube cruise was worth every minute. The other passengers were mostly German but announcements were all in both German and English. I posted a review on our trip on Cruise Critic, the link is shown below, if you are interested in reading more about Deilmann. In any case I found river cruising to be a great way to see Europe in comfort.

royalvikingstar,
We´ve been on Deilmann´s Mozart for the first cruise of the season (o.k., due to high water it was only a 23 h cruise). You´ll find my review linked in my signature.
Jgnova was on the following cruise and they made a long review. I´m sure they will post the thread with their review or just make a search for Mozart and Deilmann.
We´re booked on Deilmann´s Dresden for next May/June on the Elbe river.
