Bidding for Travel?

I haven't been to biddingfortravel.com since Aug while making arrangements for my Oct. cruise. Now, when I try to access that site it says, "This account has been suspended." And "Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."

It's very difficult to contact them when I can't access the site. Has anyone else been to that site lately or had trouble accessing the site?

Mary.....you sound like me. I'm there almost everyday before a cruise until I win a bid. I bid through their links, too. Since you can get there, would you mind asking how I might contact someone about not being able to get on?

Sometimes there are problems accessing the site from AOL. So try Internet Explorer or some other path to the internet.

I am getting the error also and am not using AOL.

Hopefully they fix the problem soon.

According to the owner/administrator of BFT, the site was subject so some sort of hacker activity, thus the problems accessing the site.
