Embassy Suites

I am trying to book Embassy Suites downtown in Ft. Lauderdale on Hotwire. There is a hotel that comes up with 3 1/4 stars. It has the red emblem and says it is a suite. Does anyone know if this is Embassy Suites

It could be Amera-Suites which is in the same area as the Embassy Suites.

Thanks, that is what I was afraid of. It says it is $79 and when I booked it before it was just 3 stars not 3 1/4. I definitely do not want Amerisuites.

the 3 and a quarter stared suite is EMBASSY SUITES for $74.00 I just booked it two days ago thru hotwire

There only 2 hotels in downtown FLL are 3*** (Embassy Suites or Marriott)

I bid for $50 and has been asked to up my price by $14 .( for 28th August).
So the final price was $64 + tax = $78.


It was my very first time and I didn't know how to re-bid. Some people get it for $55!!!

It definetly is :-) I have stayed there several times before going on a cruise out of FLL and i love it.

:) Embassy Suites

We have stayed there many. many times both before and after cruises.

Although we never book through Hotwire or Priceline or anything else, we love staying there. We know so many of the staff and they always reserve a room for us either on 11 or 12 on the East side overlooking the ocean so we can watch the ships come and go.
