St. Maarten time same as Noordam time?

Someone on another thread suggested we make sure of the correct time in St. Maarten when we dock as it may be different than ship time. Anyone who has been on the Noordam recently remember if there was a difference between ship time and local time? It will determine what time we tell our tour guide to meet us.

And translating what Dave is saying a bit further, St Maartin is in the Atlantic time zone (NYC - 1 hour)

We changed our time on the way down and were on island time for all stops. Changed back again on the way home.:)

Thanks for your replies. That is what I thought, never ran into a problem on other cruise lines with time issues. When the local time changed so did the ship. Glad HAL is the same.
