Zui - 8th Floor cabins under Lido

Please tell me whether you have stayed in an SS suite on the 8th floor directly under the Lido Restaurant. Is it noisy? Do you hear any shuffling in the morning? Do you notice that there is a restaurant directly above you?

Had SS8063 on Zuiderdam. Absolutely no problems with noise or privacy-and I'm a light sleeper.

We had 8061 on the Zuiderdam. One time while on the balcony we heard chairs moving for about 5 minutes but no real problem. Loved the cabin and the ship.

Also stayed on 8th floor--can't remember cabin number--and did not hear a single noise from the Lido deck. The views were excellent from our balcony and I prefer being at a higher up location for that reason. Have a wonderful cruise.

I never had problems on a Princess ship in this location. We are also in an SS but below tables...
On the Constellation there was a lot more noise and more complaints. Must be due to the construction of the ship.. ?
Good to hear that we wont be hearing much.

We were recently in cabin 8070 and it was very quiet. Once in while I would hear a sound that resembled a large cart being rolled but that was infrequent and lasted only a few seconds. The great thing about this cabin location is that it's close to the elevators and stairs, the restaurant is up one deck, so you go up a deck, make a right or left turn and you're in the Lido!
