Frank

We are looking forward to our next Med cruise in July. Have just been looking at the Oceania website and you are advertising on the Welcome page

Bangkok to Beijing in February 2006.

Do you have a time machine ?????

They need to get a faster webmaster to update the site more often.;)

I certainly agree that the website could use some work.

We are just off Nautica's 25 night trip, Istanbul to Singapore. Great trip.

Attempted to use their website to book a future cruise. The search engine listed the cruise, but their booking engine could not locate it. Purser's Office, Destination Office, Concierge, and Oceania@Sea computer man all could not explain that, nor could they help me!

I for one think Oceania should have someone aboard who could book future cruises, much like Princess does currently.

I was able to book another alternate cruise - and will have my local travel agent work on the other booking, which in fact may already be sold out. If so, will try for Waitlist status.

Using Oceania's website for booking shore excursions for the just-completed trip was just as frustrating - I finally used land-line (telephone) to get that done - as the system kept giving me two reservations for each one wanted!

I just booked tours on the "O"web site and found it very quick and simple. Hopefully the confirmation certificates I printed will be honored!!!
