Ryndam/Statendam

Sailed the Zuiderdam a couple of years ago and really loved the layout of the Lido. We liked the individual food stations. Does either the Ryndam or the Statendam have that same set up? If not, what do they have?

Also, does their Lido have a 24-hour buffet court? Thinking of cruising to Alaska and like to have another option besides trandional dining time.

all the S class ships (Statendam, Maasdam, Ryndam and Veendam) have the same layout now that the SOE improvements have been completed

sorry, but Lido isn't open 24 hours a day

however, you can always dial room service:D

The layout of the Lido on the S class ships is not the same as those of the Vista class ships where some sections are COIMPLETELY separated from the others.

The S class ships do have a separate dessert area, salad area and sandwich area. But the Italian, Asian, main entree area are in the same line -- you move from section to another by going around people politely.

The hamburger and taco area out by the pool is open from 11:30 - 5 PM. Same for pizza here.

The sandwich area and dessert area inside are also open until 5.
