I called Celebrity today and they told me mid-summer 2004. I asked for her to be more specific and she said possibly July. So maybe in a few weeks we will know.

Hi Everyone !

I was told that the Caribbean Schedules beyond April 2005 would be released this coming
Wednesday, June 30. Like everyone else, I would love to make some plans, so I am excited to see if the schedules/itineraries will be more of the same, or... will there be changes for 2005 ???

Hopefully, we will all know in a few more days !

Regards,
Andy

Andy - That is the date I was told by Celebrity as well, so hopefully it's correct. The other cruiselines have had their schedules out for next year for a few months now. I don't know what the problem with Celebrity is. I'm guessing Century will continue to do the Caribbean, but you never know.

It looks like it will be the Century, Zenith and Horizon. We just don't know where they will be. All the other ships are deployed to the Med or Alaska--those itineraries are already published.

Hi Terri & Char !

I also believe that Century will be staying where she is, but I am very curious to see what Summit's Caribbean schedule will look like in late '05. I am very curious to see if they will replace the 11 night Caribbean Sailing with some 4 & 7 night itineraries, like they did for 1 week in late April of this year.

Another thing on my wish list, is that they adjust the Millennium itinerary somewhat. I would hope they would eliminate Casa De Campo, add something else in it's place, and figure out a way to get more time in Nassau (it is now a 6 hour stop)

I really do not understand why Celebrity appears to be late with their Caribbean schedule this year. Perhaps there are indeed some changes coming ?

In my opinion, I do not think it is a wise idea to let your competition have such an advantage over you, especially if it is more of the same for next season. Perhaps, if there are alot of changes ahead for next season, the delay will make sense. Just a few more days to go, and we will know.

Andy
