Or whatever it is called. I have HAL air and final payment is due soon. I don't know the air arrangements this early, but can I request a change for the deviation fee, later when I'm given the air information?
(Yes, I usually do my own air, but for this cruise HAL's air was better for us.)

You can but it can get expensive. Here's from the HAL web site:
"Changes to existing reservations initiated by guests will result in a rescheduling charge of a minimum of US$100 per guest if the changes are made after the final payment due date."
This would be on top of the normal AirPlus fee and any additional tariff charged by the airline.
