Hi,
My sister and I are going on a cruise in February. I've been to Key West many times but not lately and not on a cruise. We'd like to go to Smathers Beach or something similiar for the day. I know that if the ship docks on the military pier, we have to be shuttled off the pier... but I'm wondering if we grab a cab to Smathers Beach, what are the odds of getting a cab back in the afternoon to get on the ship... What is the best way to do this? (no bikes, mopeds or pedicabs)
