Maasdam.....Recent cruisers??

I've been reading comments about how wonderful the food is in the dining room on Maasdam. Anyone remember who is the Executive Chef? I understand that Ibnu is Maitre D'.

My cruise log says the Executive Chef is Martinus Groenendijk. You are correct, Ibnu is the Maitre D.
