Im stupid, what is the accepted currency in St. Martin. Is the USD accepted?

Not a dumb question at all! Yes, the US dollar is gladly accepted there.

Just keep in mind that the Euro is the official currency and in many places the prices are in euros

The Euro is the currency only on the french side, not on the Dutch side.
