My friend and I have an easy way to LOSE ON THE CRUISE! Get a cabin in the front of the ship because all the food is at the back of the ship!! It really works- I lose on the average of 5-20 pounds on a 7-14 day cruise. Also the Gym and Spa are right above you so you are more inclined to use it!:o
