Secret Grotto, Lifou

Has anyone been on the secret grotto tour on Lifou? Do you have to crawl into the caven?:rolleyes: Did you take any photos and did they turn out alright?

Hopefully someone else can answer in more detail. A friend did it back in 2004 and really enjoyed it. Said it was suitable for children. Don't remember her mentioning any crawling. She didn't have photos.

Thanks aussiedisneyfan. I will keep checking for more replies. Sounds as though you don't have to crawl through any tight spaces. Some of my friends were a bit worried.

My girlfriend emailed me back, here is what she said....

Was really great, had it marked up and the memories came flooding back… was worth it… we went down into the grotto and saw all the stuff (not over the top and prettyelike in Janolan Caves but still good) … then went to another area and they did charcoal hand markings on a cave wall… have the photos… the walk through an area to where we had fruit (very nice) and then the demonstration and walk out.. Was very interesting and I know I enjoyed it… was worth the dollars… have photos if they want to see them

thanks for all your help, I am looking forward to the tour now. Sounds great, hope all my friends enjoy it as this is the one that I said I really wanted to do out of all the tours offered.
