FYI:) :) I just received my Cruise Travel Magazine for August and on the front cover is the Oosterdam (Ship of the Month) with a nice review of the ship.

Also a New Ship Review on the Diamond Princess.....

:) Our cruise travel magazine came in about 4 days ago.

Having been on the Oosterdam, we enjoyed the article.

We got our magazine a few days ago and enjoyed the article. Having been on Zuiderdam 4 cruises, I enjoyed comparing the two.

:)

We have been subscribers for years.

The current price is $29.95 (US) per year. We don't pay that price as old subscribers get a better rate.

It has been well worth the price.

Their web site Debi D provided said $19.95 per year for 6 issues. I would guess you are all agreeing that it is worth subscribing to especially if we are cruise addicted.

We run hot & cold on the magazine, not that impressed with the current issue Just my/our opinion. And their is also so much information available on the web these days. Think our subscription is good for another 2 or 3 years, did get a little tired of the calls soliciting us to renew when we still had/have several years left on our subscription but the price break for subscribing is a hefty one compared to the news stand price.

Living in Canada, the foreign subscription price with the US dollar exchange is more expensive than the Newsstand price. In Vancouver, this magazine is sold at Chapters bookstore. I used to find it at another bookstore, as well as London Drugs, a large drugstore chain, but the last few issues I have only found at Chapters. I didn't find the May/June issue to be as good as the other issues I have read, but I still found it interesting. The article entitled "A day in -- " and then goes on to describe a different port in each issue has really helped me in my own cruising, knowing what to look for when I get to the port.
